Method 1 – Measure Your Finger

Materials needed: a strip of paper or ribbon and a ruler.

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or ribbon.
   
2. Wrap it comfortably around the base of your finger.
   
3. Use a pen to mark where the two ends meet.
   
4. Lay the strip flat and measure the length with a ruler in millimeters (mm).
   
5. Use the chart below to find your ring size.
   Tip: If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size. Wider rings may fit more snugly, so sizing up can provide a more comfortable fit.
