What are my shipping options?

Expedited Shipping

$5 on orders of $150+
$12 on orders under $150

Over Night Shipping

1 business day
$30 flat rate for all orders

Additional Shipping Details

  • Processing Times: Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized items may take 3-5 business days to process.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard and expedited shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. APO/FPO deliveries may take up to 21 business days depending on location.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • International Orders: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Because each piece is made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us at ruoruijewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Products and Styling

How to care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Do you offer custom or special orders?

At the moment, custom orders may be available depending on schedule. Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to assist.

Is each piece exactly the same?

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur. These small differences are part of the character of handcrafted jewelry.

A style I want is sold out, when will it be restocked?

The best way to be notified when that item comes back in stock is to sign up for our Back In Stock emails. You can sign up by clicking ‘Email Me When Available’ on the product page and entering in your email details.
